The Recon Board
A drag-and-drop board of the whole lane by stage.
The Recon Board shows the lane as columns — Purchased, Inspection, Parts, Repair, Detail, Photos, Front line. Each card is a unit.
Move a car
Drag a card from one column to the next as the work gets done. The status updates instantly and the days keep counting. It's the fastest way to run a morning stand-up: everyone sees exactly where every car is.
Spot the pile-up
If cars are stacking in one column — say, waiting on Parts — you can see it at a glance and go clear the bottleneck.
