A running record of what happened each day.
The Daily Log is your shop's journal. Post what happened — cars that landed, parts that came in, anything the next shift needs to know. Entries are dated and stamped with who wrote them.
Use it for the handoff between shifts, or to keep a paper trail on a tricky unit. Everyone on the team can read and add to it.
